Wow! *blows dust off blog* Been a while!
Hello all!
Sorry it's been so long since I've posted! Between returning home from Italy, getting ready for and participating in a wedding (a beautiful, glorious wedding I might add), packing AGAIN and moving back down south, and...you know....breathing and stuff, I've been a busy little girl!
Classes started a couple of weeks ago and I am having an amazing semester! My classes are great and challenging, I live in a house with a room I love (with a Tow Mater clock from "Cars") where I can go to relax, I live with 3 amazing room mates with whom I get along famously, and I have my car down here so I'm getting a chance to explore the Tempe/Phoenix area on my own. I start docent training at the ASU Art Museum next week and by Spring semester I should be leading my own tours. My planner is pretty chock full, but I've got this three day weekend to catch up and relax.
Speaking of....tonight I made a dress. That's right. A dress. And I made it. I had no pattern, just a series of postings on a message board. I think it's really quite flattering (even though all the edges are unfinished....heh....I didn't feel like doing THAT part, ok?) and best of all? Since it's really kind of a mock-up-can-I-even-do-this? dress, it is made from $5 worth of fabric from Wal-Mart *shudder...Wally World and I are not the best of friends...*
I hope all is well with you! I'd love to hear from you!

Yes, the wedding was beautiful; I think it was Harrison's face at the campagne that tipped it from pretty to beautiful.
You went to Wal-Mart?
I'm not sure I can talk to you anymore.
